SYSTEM DESCRIPTION:
The KTI 9030H Hydraulic Press control Provides a strightforward solution for hydraulic press control operation. The system offers safe operation by incorporating in it's design the following features, Operator Anti-Tie down capability, Anti-Repeat capability. Control component reliability check and a Run mode sequential operation fault check feature.
The system’s control logic utilizes industrial machine tool relays to perform all of the necessary control functions. A Microprocessor base programmable logic controller is used to monitor the performance and operation of the logic control relays. In addition to coil/contact/timer monitoring of the control components the PLC monitors and confirms a run mode sequential check operation. Any variations in either run mode sequence or run mode condition will cause the system to generate a complete shutdown fault condition.
The 9030H control is designed for severe industrial environments. It may be directly machine mounted and is not sensitive to electrical noise. A self-diagnostic array of LED indicators, generated by the Programmable Logic Controller aids in the trouble-shooting of the system.
