SELF-CONTAINED / COMPLETELY ASSEMBLED PARTS COUNTER

GENERAL DECRIPTION:

The PC-4100-AS is a self-contained fully assembled parts counter. The counter is mounted within a NEMA 12 enclosure measuring 8”W x 6”H x 6”D. The counter incorporates a pre-wired SW-1771-AS EZ-Bean photoelectric sensor with a pre-attached 6ft 120V ac power cord.

The EZ-Beam SW-1771-AS sensor is a diffused type sensor so the unit requires no opposing reflective sensor or matched module. The infrared beam is projected from the SW-1771-AS sensor head and reflects off the target of choice and returns back to the sensor head. Each time the sensing source is interrupted the counter increments it’s total count by one. Sensing distances are approximately 5 to 10 inches depending on target surface.

The PC-4100-AS is a simple part counter requiring simple mechanical installation all electrical components are factory pre-wired, simply plug the unit into any 120V ac outlet. Consult KTI for optional relay output control. This option will allow the end-user to enter a preset count value and energize the controlling output relay to signal the machine to stop when the actual count equals the preset count value.
