When you combine the newest crossflow (XS) main technology with a unique cross connection of pilot supply, the result is a revolutionary technical improvement to double safety valve design, HERION’S SiVEX Xsz double valve, is the new generation in double safety valve technology.

The SiVEX Xsz features a built-in dynamic failure detection system that is self checking on every cycle and interrupts pilot supply air when a failure occurs without reliance on a spool or stem actuated limit switch..

Additionally the monitor system is located within the main valve body, making it virtually tamper resistant. The XSz is designed with self-checking technology in accordance with OSHA requirements, it is often desired to provide an electrical feedback signal indicating valve operation to the electrical press control, the XSz has this capability. With this new concept Herion makes a considerable contribution towards the safety of the work station in the press room.
