DS-4061-AS ROTARY DISPLAY
The DS-4061-AS is a 36-segment rotary display which was designed to aid the press operator or maintenance personnel with tooling set-up and change over requirements.
The DS-4061-AS rotary display utilizes an encoder, which is attached to the crankshaft of the press at a 1:1 ratio. The display will accurately increment one L.E.D for each 10 degrees of rotation. By determining and viewing the press’s position tooling set-up & troubleshooting time is reduced, material feed angles and determining die protection window requirements are simplified, because it is no longer a judgment in determining the position of the press the 36-segment rotary display provides you the position of the press.
The display is completely self-contained. The unit is supplied within a NEMA 12 enclosure with encoder, encoder cable (20ft) and a 6ft 120V ac power cord all pre wired for simple installation.
DB-4063-AS O.E.M DISPLAY BOARD
The DB-4063-AS is the rotary display CPU board. It is offered as an O.E.M component for equipment builder that require the display board to be mounted within their existing control enclosure. The display CPU board requires a low voltage 24V dc power source, sinking output optical encoder with a 0 point marked pulse and either a 360 ppr 720 ppr, 1080 prp or 1440 ppr encoder. The board can be easily panel mounted and is supplied with mechanical mounting and electrical wire hook-up documentation.

EC-1404-AS: 720 pulse optical encoder 24V dc with 3/8” shaft supplied with quick-disconnect.
CB-1405-AS: Encoder cable 20ft supplied with quick-disconnect connector.
LB-4078-AS: KTI rotary display label with KTI graphics and L.E.D circular window.
