THE OP-1357-AS STATION CONSISTS OF ONLY OPERATOR CONTROL BUTTONS. THIS UNIT INCORPORATES NO CONTROL RELIABLE OPERATOR SAFETY FUNCTIONS

The OP-1357-AS Operator Station consists of a NEMA 12 enclosure measuring 30 long x 4 height x 4 wide. Operator control run buttons with ring guards, E-Stop, Top-Stop and Prior act buttons are mounted and positioned on the enclosure as per OSHA and ANSI Regulations. Contact ratings of the control buttons are rated at 15 Amp 120Vac. Dual Run, Top-Stop and prior act button contact configurations are all Normally-Open. The E-Stop contact configuration is Normally-Closed. The Pedestal base stand consists of a 4x4 inch square 35inch high column, the base plate is 24 inch x 24 inch square with total weight of 55 Lbs. The heavy base stabilizes the operator station from movement and gives the operator station stability when pushing or activating buttons.

ENSURE THAT THESE FUNCTIONS ARE INCORPORATED INTO YOUR PRESS CONTROL LOGIC FOR OPERATOR SAFETY COMPLIANCE!!!!
