SW-1220-AS HIGH FREQUENCY SENSOR

The SW-1220-AS sensor is used to measure the clearance between the press slide and die. The SW-1220-AS interfaces with the KTI AutoMic non-contact shut height monitoring device.( See Link DP-4066-AS). The SW-1220-AS high frequency sensor which mounts to the lower die or other stationary die component accuraately measures to .00004 inch at speeds up to 2500 SPM in combination with the KTI AutoMic system.With the AutoMic system a machine stop signal is generated if the pre-set high or low limits are exceeded. No machine calabration or external timing sensor is required. The AutoMic & SW-1220-AS proximity sensor will detect slugs, stroke deviation, change in material thickness and bed to ram alignment.
